Recently, the call for exhibitors for CISMA 2027 (China International Sewing Machinery Exhibition 2027) has officially commenced. Hosted at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, the show opens booth applications for enterprises across the whole industrial chain, including complete sewing-machinery manufacturers, component suppliers, table-stand supporting manufacturers and sewing-accessory producers. As a globally benchmark event for the sewing industry, this edition expands exhibition space, building a home-and-overseas business-matching platform for upstream and downstream manufacturers such as industrial sewing-machine table and custom-accessory producers.
Overview of Exhibition-Zone Layout
CISMA 2027 will occupy 15 halls: W1-W5, E1-E5 and N1-N5, divided by product categories:
Hall W1-W5: Complete sewing-machine equipment exhibition area
Hall N1-N3: Sewing supporting-product exhibition area for components, machine frames and sewing-machine tables, ideal for sewing-machine-table and frame supporting manufacturers
Hall N4-N5: Special-equipment exhibition area for embroidery and printing machinery
Hall E1-E5: Comprehensive exhibition area for sewing post-processing and automated equipment
Two booth types are available: standard booths and raw-space booths. Standard booths are equipped with basic display panels, lintel boards, tables, chairs and lighting. Raw-space booths come without built-in facilities; enterprises conduct custom stand construction on their own, which is suitable for displaying multi-specification tables and frame samples. Booth allocation prioritizes application sequence and product category. The organizing committee reserves the final right of booth adjustment.
Complete Exhibition Registration Process
1. Log on to the official CISMA website and enter the exhibitor service system, read and confirm the terms of the exhibition-participation agreement.
2. Fill in the online exhibition-application form, select booth type and estimated area, and submit enterprise qualification documents.
3. The organizing committee reviews submitted materials and issues an exhibition contract upon approval.
4. The enterprise signs the contract and pays booth deposit and balance payment according to contractual deadlines.
5. After payment confirmation, receive the booth confirmation letter and full exhibitor manual. Complete pre-show procedures including document submission, exhibit filing and stand-construction filing.
Note: Booths are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Early submission is recommended, as premium booths in supporting‑product zones will fill up quickly approaching the application deadline.
Application Documents to Be Submitted
1. Scanned copy of business license
2. Enterprise contact information: full company name, address, on-site contact person, phone number, email and invoicing details
3. Main-product list: specify core products such as sewing-machine tables and frames, attach real-shot product photos
4. Corporate LOGO and Chinese-English company profile for exhibition catalogue and online-showroom display
5. Relevant industry qualification certificates (optional), to support qualification review
Supporting-sector manufacturers are advised to focus on the component-supporting zone in Hall N. This zone gathers numerous complete-machine manufacturers and overseas buyers, serving as a core venue for sewing-machine-table and custom-frame enterprises to connect with clients. The organizing committee will release floor plans and construction regulations in due course; exhibitors shall follow official announcements for updates.
